Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes -- Cooked And Mashed
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil -- Warmed
- 2/3 Cup Black Olives -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Gradually incorporated the oil into the hot potatoes. Fold in the olives and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
