French   -   Pasta With Black Olive And Rosemary Cream   adapted from Vegetarian Pasta by Marlena Spieler

  • 12 Ounces Fettucine
  • 3 Tablespoons Black Olive Paste
  • 2 Teaspoons Rosemary
  • 1 Cup Half And Half
  • 1 Ounce Butter
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese -- to taste
Directions Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile combine olive paste and rosemary. Then stir in cream and set aside. Drain the pasta and toss with butter, then with the cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
