French   -   Pasta With Lemon, Ham & Black Olives   adapted from unknown

  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 8 Ounces Prosciutto -- or smoked ham
  • 1 Can Whole Black Olives -- pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons Thyme
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
Directions Pour lemon juice into a small bowl, add salt and oil. Stir gently with a fork to blend. In another bowl, combine ham olives, thyme, and salt & pepper. Toss to blend. Cook pasta, drain. Pour into serving bowl with ham, toss. Top with lemon dressing, toss and serve.
Serves 1
