Ingredients

- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 8 Ounces Prosciutto -- or smoked ham
- 1 Can Whole Black Olives -- pitted
- 2 Tablespoons Thyme
- Black Pepper
- 1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta

Directions
|
Pour lemon juice into a small bowl, add salt and oil. Stir gently with a fork to blend. In another bowl, combine ham olives, thyme, and salt & pepper. Toss to blend. Cook pasta, drain. Pour into serving bowl with ham, toss. Top with lemon dressing, toss and serve.
