French   -   Potatoes Sauteed In Garlic In Olive Oil   adapted from unknown

  • 2 Pounds New Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Bunch Parsley
  • 1 Bunch Chives
Directions Thinly slice potatoes, heat oil in large skillet. Add potaotes and garlic. Saute for 20 minutes, until brown on both sides. Seaosn with nutmeg, salt & pepper, parsley & chives.
