- 2 Pounds New Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Nutmeg
- Salt And Pepper
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Bunch Parsley
- 1 Bunch Chives

Directions
|
Thinly slice potatoes, heat oil in large skillet. Add potaotes and garlic. Saute for 20 minutes, until brown on both sides. Seaosn with nutmeg, salt & pepper, parsley & chives.
