French   -   Puree Of Potatoes And Cheese   adapted from The Vegetarian Bistro

  • 6 Large Potatoes -- mashed
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Warm Milk
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 7 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 14 Ounces Cantel Cheese -- diced
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Directions Combine all ingredients and place over heat until cheese melts. Stir and serve.
