- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2/3 Cup Warm Milk
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 7 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 14 Ounces Cantel Cheese -- diced
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese

Combine all ingredients and place over heat until cheese melts. Stir and serve.
