French   -   Toasted Pine Nut Pasta   adapted from The Vegetarian Bistro

  • 1/2 Cup Pine Nuts -- toasted
  • 1 Pound Tricolor Pasta -- fettucine
  • 12 Ounces Roquefort Cheese -- crumbled
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Large Shallot -- minced
  • 1 Cup Half And Half
  • Grated Parmagiano Reggiano Cheese -- to taste
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Cook pasta as directed.
Toss with remaining ingredients (uncooked) serve immediately
