German   -   Backbarsch Mit Krauter (Perch With Herbs)   adapted from German Cooking

  • 4 Large Perch Fillet
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 6 Medium Bay Leaves -- Crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons Sage -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Rosemary -- Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped
Directions Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, bay leaves, sage and rosemary. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil and parsley. Bake for 10 minutes in 425 degree oven and serve.
