- 3 Cups Bread Flour
- 1/3 Cup Rye Flour
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Walnuts -- chopped
- 1 1/4 Cups Water
