Ingredients
|
- 3 Pounds Chicken -- In 8 Pieces
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Pound Mushroom -- Chopped
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped

Directions

Rub chicken with salt. Combine flour and paprika in a pie pan. Dredge chicken in flour mixture until well coated. Melt butter in large skillet and saute chicken until browned all over, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken to a baking dish. Add onions to the same skillet, saute until browned about 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Spoon the mushroom mixture over the chicken. Cover the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Spoon sour cream over chicken, sprinkle with parsley and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Serve.
