Greek   -   Flaming Cheese - Saganaki   adapted from unknown

Description  
Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound Cheese
  • Flour -- for dredging
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Brandy
Directions Cut cheese into 3 wedges. Place in shallow, heat proof serving bowl. Brush the oil onto the cheese. Dredge it in the flour. Set the oven control at broil. Broil cheese until bubbly and light brown, 5-6 minutes. Have brandy at room temperature. Pour brandy over cheese, ignite, when flame dies, sprinkle with lemon juice.
