Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Dried Lentils -- pre-soaked
  • 1 Carrot -- grated
  • 1 Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery -- chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
Directions Simmer lentils in 4 1/2 cups wanter until almost tender, transfer to crockpot. Saute onion, carrot, celery until glazed. Add to crockpot with all spices except tomato sauce and vinegar. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Add rest of ingredients, cook on high 3l0 minutes.
