Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Pounds Chicken
  • 2 Cups Pearl Onions
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes -- drained
  • 3 Cups Orzo Or Rice -- cooked
  • 2 Ounces Feta Cheese -- crumbled
Directions Saute chicken in oil, 15 minutes. Remove chicken. Saute onions, garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients except pasta & cheese, including chicken. Boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer 20 minutes. Serve mixture over pasta, top with cheese.
