Greek   -   Kanape Me Kasseri   adapted from spalding

  • 1/2 Pound Kasseri cheese
  • Sliced white bread
  • 6 Slices Mortadella Or Other Salami -- chopped
  • Olives Or Pickles -- chopped
Directions Trim crust from bread and cut into desired shapes with canape cutter or sharp knife. Top each pc.
w/thin slice of cheese cut to fit the sape of the bread. Granist edges w/mortadella or other salami, and the chopped olives; pickles, or relish.
