- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mint
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dill -- optional
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Conbine all ingredients. Add teaspoon of worcesterhire and/or 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard for variation.
