Greek - Lentil And Feta Salad

Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup Lentils -- cooked & cooled
- 1 Medium Green Pepper -- strips
- 1 Medium Tomato -- diced
- 1 Small Red Onion -- chopped
- 1/2 Pound Feta Cheese -- crumbled
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Dill
- Pepper -- to taste
- Lettuce Leaves
- Black Olives

Directions
|
Combine lentils once cooled with remaining ingredients except lettuce & olives. Allow to stand refrigerated 1 hour. Prepare a bed of lettuce fore each, garnish with olives, and top with lentil mixture.
