Greek - Mediterranean Pot Stickers

Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Lentils -- Cooked
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese -- Crumbled
- 1 Small Onion -- Finely Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Finely Chopped
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dill
- 1 Package Egg Roll Skins
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Hot Water
- Yogurt -- For Garnish

Directions

Combine lentils, feta, onion, dill, garlic, lemon juice and pepper. Place 2 teaspoons of filling into a wrapper. Seal with the water. Saute the pot stickers in oil until brown on both sides, just lightly. Add hot water and boil for 10 minutes. Serve.
