Ingredients

- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Water
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 5 Tablespoons Parsley

Directions
|
Clean mushrooms and chop in half if large. Pour oil and water in pan. Stir in remaining ingredients except mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
