- 2 Cups Black Olives -- chilled
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 Large Onions -- grated
- 1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Mint
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients. Fill muffin tins half full and bake 45 minutes.
