Greek   -   Pihti (Athens Style Pork)   adapted from The Balkan Cookbook by Inge Kramarz

  • 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • Paprika -- To Taste
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 3 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
Directions Saute meat in a dry pan until browned. Add butter, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in wine, bring to a boil, add tomatoes and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
