Greek - Pihti (Athens Style Pork)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Paprika -- To Taste
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 3 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute meat in a dry pan until browned. Add butter, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in wine, bring to a boil, add tomatoes and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
