Greek   -   Pine Nut Rice (Koukoumari)   adapted from Greek Cooking for the Gods

  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 2 Medium Green Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons White Wine
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions make rice using chicken stock. saute the remaining ingredients. when rice is done toss together
