Greek   -   Tuna With Chickpeas   adapted from Regional Cuisines of Greece

Ingredients
  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 4 Large Scallions -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Celery -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Marjoram
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
Directions Drain chickpeas and tuna. Mix with chopped vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Stir well. Pour over chickpeas and tuna. Stir well and place in a pita.
