Guatamalan - Frijoles Con Carne

Ingredients
|
- 2 Cans Red Beans
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 5 Medium Tomatillos -- chopped
- 2 Small Tomato -- chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Pound Pork -- cubed

Directions
|
Saute tomatillos, tomatoes, garlic and onion in skillet for 5 minutes. Process to a smooth paste with 2 tablespoons of beans. Cook pork in 3 cups water with salt over moderate heat for 1 hour. Drain. In saucepan saute meat until well browned. Add sauce and simmer over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Add beans and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with tortillas.
