Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cooked Beans -- Any Kind
  • 1 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Parsley Root -- Chopped
  • 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 7 Ounces Smoked Sausage -- Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 6 Cups Chicken Stock
Directions Saute onion, parsley root and carrot in oil until browned. Add flour and let darken to a golden brown. Add Garlic and paprika. Saute for 1 minute. Add beans, stock, vinegar and sausage. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve.
