Ingredients

- 1 Pound Potatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 14 Ounces Large Pasta Squares -- Or Any Large Pasta

Directions
|
Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add paprika, salt and potatoes. Pour in enough water to cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Allow water to evaporate. Cook pasta as directed. Add to potatoes. Bring to serving temperature and serve.
