Ingredients

- 4 Pounds Chicken Thighs And Drumstick -- Cooked And Shredded
- 8 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Large Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Tablespoon Caraway Seeds -- Crushed
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Marjoram
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 3 Medium Potato -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Combine stock and chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. In another pan, melt butter and saute onions until browned. Add bell pepper and saute for 5 minutes. Add pepper, paprika, cayenne, caraway, garlic and marjoram. Saute for 3 minutes. Add the onion mixture to the chicken along with the tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
