Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Mutton -- Cubed
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 2 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Potatoes -- Chopped
  • 4 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Caraway
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 3/4 Cup Dry Red Wine
Directions Saute meat in oil until well browned. Add onions, garlic and peppers. Saute for 5 minutes. Add caraway, paprika, salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
