Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Mutton -- Cubed
- 2 Medium Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 2 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Pound Potatoes -- Chopped
- 4 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Caraway
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 3/4 Cup Dry Red Wine

Directions
|
Saute meat in oil until well browned. Add onions, garlic and peppers. Saute for 5 minutes. Add caraway, paprika, salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
