Ingredients
  • 12 Ounces French-Style Green Beans
  • 4 Small Potates -- Cubed
  • 6 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Caraway Seed
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 2 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 3/4 Cup Yogurt
Directions Combine green beans, potatoes, stock, vinegar, honey, garlic, caraway, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add celery, saute for 10 minutes. Add paprika and saute for 1 minute. Add onion mixture to the stock mixture. Mix cornstarch with water. Add to soup. Simmer for 1 minute. Stir in yogurt and serve.
