Ingredients

- 12 Ounces French-Style Green Beans
- 4 Small Potates -- Cubed
- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Caraway Seed
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 3/4 Cup Yogurt

Directions
|
Combine green beans, potatoes, stock, vinegar, honey, garlic, caraway, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add celery, saute for 10 minutes. Add paprika and saute for 1 minute. Add onion mixture to the stock mixture. Mix cornstarch with water. Add to soup. Simmer for 1 minute. Stir in yogurt and serve.
