Hungarian - Korhelyleves (Night Owl Soup)

Ingredients
|
- 10 Ounces Ham -- Cubed
- 10 Ounces Sauerkraut -- Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 6 Ounces Spicy Sausage -- Sliced

Directions
|
Saute onion in butter until browned. Add paprika and sauerkraut, saute for 3 minutes. Add ham, stock, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Mix flour with sour cream. Add sausage, simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream mixture. Allow to thicken and serve.
