Hungarian - Paprika Gravy

Ingredients
|
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Large Anaheim Chili Pepper -- chopped
- 1 Large Yellow Onion -- chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
- 1 Cube Chicken Bouillon
- 6 Cups Beef Stock
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 Cup Flour

Directions
|
Saute parika in oil, for just a moment. Add garlic, onion, peppers, tomato. Saute until onion is tender. Add bouillon cube, stock salt & pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. In separte bowl, Stir sour cream nad flour together. Remove gravy from heat, stir in cream mixture, whipping well. Reutrn to heat, simmer stirring often for 15 minutes. Strain if lumpy.
