Ingredients

- 1 Whole Chicken -- In 8 Pieces
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt -- To Taste
- 2 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute onion and chicken in oil until well browned. Add paprika and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes.
