Hungarian - Rakott Krumpli (Potato Layer)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Potatoes -- Cooked And Sliced
- 5 Ounces Bacon -- Chopped
- 4 Medium Hard-Boiled Egg -- Sliced
- 8 Ounces Spicy Sausage -- Sliced
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs

Directions
|
Saute bacon until the fat renders. Add sausage and saute until browned. Remove from heat. Place a layer of potatoes into a baking dish, top with some of the sausage and bacon, a few slices of egg and 1/4 of the sour cream. Repeat layers ending in a potato layer. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
