- 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- Chopped
- 4 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Saute onion, peppers and meat in oil until well browned. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomato and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
