Filipino - Chicken And Pork Adobo (Phillipines)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 Pounds Chicken Breast -- cubed
- 2 Pounds Pork -- cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil

Directions
|
In large stock pot, add everything preceding the meat. Boil, now add both meats. Cover, simmer 30 minutes. Add soy sauce, simmer 10 mintues, Remove meat. Reduce sauce by half. Remove sauce, Add oil to pan, saute the meat until well browned. Serve over rice topped with sauce.
