Filipino - Filipino Pansit

Ingredients
|
- 8 Ounces Pansit
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Pound Pork -- julienned
- 3 Medium Lopchong -- sliced
- 1 Large Yellow Onion -- chopped
- 1 Cup Napa Cabbage -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 Large Leek -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Annatto Oil -- (optional)
- Fresh Cilantro -- garnish

Directions

Soak rice noodles in tepid water about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place 2 tabs peanut oil in hot wok. Add garlic and pork. Saute until pork is done, add sausage, onion and cabbage. Stir fry 3 minutes. Add all but noodles & cilantro, stir fry 5 minutes. Add noodles, stir fry until noodles are tender NOT soggy. Place in large bowl and garnish.
