Filipino   -   Garlic Fried Rice (Phillipines)   adapted from unknown

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Cups Cooked Rice -- cold
Directions Saute the garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add rice, cook and stir until rice is hot, about 5 minutes. Serve
