Filipino   -   Pickled Shrimp   adapted from The Philippine Cookbook by Reynaldo Alejandro

  • 1 Pound Shrimp -- split in half
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
  • 5 Large Radishes -- finely chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Soak the shrimp in vinegar for 40 minutes. In medium skillet, saute garlic, onion and radishes in oil for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil and serve.
