Filipino - Piquant Chicken Stew

Ingredients
|
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- finely chopped
- 3 Pounds Chicken -- cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Medium Bay Leaf
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Cup Water

Directions
|
Saute garlic and onion in large pan until light brown. Add tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken, cayenne, pepper, salt, bay leaves, vinegar, paprika and water. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
