Filipino - Pork With Vermicelli

Ingredients
|
- 1 Medium Egg -- beaten
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 1 Stalk Celery -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Bundle Vermicelli

Directions
|
Mix pork, egg, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch diameter balls. Bring water to a boil and add meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add vermicelli and simmer for another 5 minutes.
