Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Pound Potato -- julienned
- 1/2 Cup Peas
- 1/2 Cup Water

Directions
|
Heat oil in pan, fry onion for 3 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper, and turmeric. Fry for 1 minute. Add tomato paste, salt, cumin, and beef. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add potatoes, green peas and water. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
