Ingredients

- 2 Chicken Breasts -- cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Coriander
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Cilantro

Directions

Saute chicken, garlic & salt, 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Add coriander, turmeric & chili powder, saute until chicken is done. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice & cilantro. May be served hot or cold.
