India - Chicken Moghlai With Cilantro Relish

Ingredients

- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 2 Large Onions -- chopped
- 1 Inch Ginger Root -- chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 1/4 Cups Broth -- or water
- 1/3 Cup Yogurt
- Cilantro Relish

Directions
|
Brown chicken on all sides, add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, and cloves. Saute 30 seconds. Add onions, saute until soft. add ginger, garlic, cumin & cayenne, saute 3 minutes. Add broth cover & simmer 30 minutes. Just before serving, stir in yogurt. Serve with cilantro relish.
