Ingredients

- 1 Pound Chicken Breast -- diced
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Food Coloring
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Inch Ginger Root -- minced
- 2 Teaspoons Coriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Directions
|
Marinate chicken in salt & lemon juice for 30 minutes. Place remaining ingredients in belnder & mix until smooth. Coat chicken, marinate in this marinade overnight. Put on skewers, place in roasting pan, brush with some of remaining marinade. Cook 8 minutes at 450*. Rotate, coat with marinade, cook another 8 minutes.
