  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion -- chopped
  • 1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger Root -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Green Chiles -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro -- chopped
  • 1/2 Pound Fresh Vegetables
  • Mushrooms
  • Potatoes
  • Frozen Lima Beans
Directions Saute onion then add spices, then vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done.
Serves 6
