Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mace
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Large Italian Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 12 Small New Potatoes -- Cooked
- 2 Cups Mung Beans -- Cooked
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- Chopped

Directions

Saute onion and ginger in butter for 5 minutes. Add coriander, turmeric, cumin, mace, salt, pepper and chile. Simmer for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to very low and stir in yogurt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and mung beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice, sprinkle with cilantro.
