India   -   Pork With Coriander (Cypress)   adapted from unknown

  • 2 Pounds Pork -- cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Pound New Potatoes -- halved
  • 8 Ounces Mushroom -- halved
Directions Brown the pork in oil over medium heat, about 25 minutes. Drain off fat. Stir in wine, coriander, salt & pepper. Boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add potatoes & mushrooms. Boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serves 5
