Ingredients
|
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 Medium Potatoes -- peeled & diced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Directions
|
Saute the fennel seed & garlic for 2 minutes. Add potatoes, cook until potatoes are soft & brown. Stir in cumin & salt. Remove from heat. Beat yogurt & sugar until smooth. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with chili powder or paprika before serving.
