  • 6 Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Jalapenos -- chopped
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root -- chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Bay Leaves -- crumbled
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Small Onions -- chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander -- garnish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala -- garnish
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves -- garnish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom -- garnish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon -- garnish
Directions Poke the chiken full of holes with a fork. Add all but sugar & lime juice & garnishes, stir well and marinate overnight. Saute the chicken and marinade simmer gently 45 minutes. Add sugar, lime juice and allow to boil and reduce. Put on plates and dust with the garnish spices.
