- 1 Pound Potatoes -- Cubed
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Medium Onion -- Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1/2 Cup Romano Cheese -- Grated

Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Serve.
