Italian   -   Alfredo Bean Soup   adapted from unknown

  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Cans Cannellini Beans
  • 1/2 Pound Cauliflower Flowerets -- finely chopped
  • 17 Ounces Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Basil -- chopped
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Tuscan Herb Bread
Directions Steam cauliflower. Saute garlic and pepper flakes in olive oil. Add beans and cauliflower to pan. add alfredo and stock. heat over low heat until heated through add fresh herbs and serve with parmesan cheese and bread.
