Italian   -   Angelhair With Prosciutto   adapted from classic pasta

  • 1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 Cup Fresh Peas
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 4 Ounces Prosciutto -- diced
  • 1/2 Cup Parmagiano-Reggiano Cheese -- grated
Directions 1. Cook pasta as directed.
2. Melt butter in skillet and saute procuitto & peas in it. 5 minutes
3. Toss in with pasta, add cheese & serve.
