Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 Cup Fresh Peas
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 4 Ounces Prosciutto -- diced
- 1/2 Cup Parmagiano-Reggiano Cheese -- grated
|

Directions
|
1. Cook pasta as directed. 2. Melt butter in skillet and saute procuitto & peas in it. 5 minutes 3. Toss in with pasta, add cheese & serve.
